    All New Zealand orders are shipped via courier with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance. Other shipping methods are available upon request, however, should you select uninsured shipping we will not be held responsible for loss or damage of your purchase.

    If the goods/package arrives damaged do not accept the delivery. Claims for damaged products cannot be made if you acknowledge receipt of goods in good condition.

    International Shipping is available. For overseas orders please contact us to get an estimate of delivery times and cost.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Returns will be accepted only if you have notified us prior to the return being sent. A full refund of the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee, (excluding the shipping), will be made upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

    There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
